Di ako makapaniwala, I'm not a fan of the design though. This area is really booming with all the developments happening here, after Ayala's Fairview Terraces mall and Avida Towers Astrea, SMDC's Trees Residences and Sta. Lucia's Neopolitan Condominiums. Anyway, the site is still unclear. I'll try to take some pics once this project is U/C.

My experience with spas have been mostly through expensive hotel or membership spas. But I recently found my back hurting and urgently needed to get a massage. So i decided to finally try one that's not my usual spa but was convenient and seemed to have good reviews. So I will get straight to the point using a 5 point basis for each area i will discuss, with 5 being the highest mark: The Good 1) Service and personnel = 4. 5; the staff were very accommodating, friendly, smiling, well attired and had proper grooming. 2) Massage = 4. 5; my attendant, May, was very skilled and really took time to give me a proper massage. I'd say it was one of the best massages i'd had 3) Price = 5; A full body massage for only P350 + tip of P50 (total of about $8), what a deal! The Bad 4) Parking = 2; There is no parking provision so you have to park on the street. Unfortunately the area is public and partly residential so it's hard to find a close enough parking slot near the spa along the street, let alone safe from being sideswiped by passing vehicles or worse, get burgled (bukas kotse style) 5) Cleanliness = 3.

Dagdag mo pa yung Eurotel sa lower floors. Joined Jan 7, 2010 · 81 Posts Ang liliit ng mga unit. 18 sq m ang largest? Good luck. Buti sana kung nilagay nila sa Dahlia area ang building, kikita pa sila sa mga FEU med student doon. But I personally won't like that. Better to let my part of Fairview retain the laid-back suburban character that long-timers have always loved. I was being sarcastic, in case you didn't get that. mbroc · Biachán tresbatito Joined May 10, 2007 · 170 Posts If you check out the small site area, the horrible logos and choice of colours, the pretentious uninspiring name and all the things promised... this looks really really bad. I can imagine the building with all the bad quality fixtures and paint coming off after a couple of years. 18 sq m units? Really? I can't wait to see the building finished with all ultra-modern window-type aircon showing in style.
5; The place was neat and clean with no signs of trash or molds anywhere. However, underneath the eucalyptus spa smell, you could get a hint of smelly socks or laundry that was not properly dried or washed. 6) Facilities = 2. 5; There is no locker room nor a changing room that I know of. I only saw a single shared male/female CR. I heard there's a shower as well and I assume it is also only one shower. And the place is small, only on the 2nd floor of a converted house, so they only have a common massage area with clients separated by curtains. So you could very well hear the massage of the other clients on the floor, and there is no area separate for males or females. Because of a split in the curtains between clients, its very possible to have a small peek of the adjacent client and he of you as well. So privacy and peacefulness is not at all that great. To sum this review, I still gave Crown Garden Spa 4 stars because of the big value for money that it provides. It was a good massage for just P350, however, you do get what you pay for, and I can't really expect much more from that price.
Lol. No, not really laughing... opportunity missed. Public housing-style with (bad) Filipino quality and no maintenace (the big problem in all these low-quality buildings in the country) but housing bubble pricing. I'm looking forward to tell my friends abroad how the Philippines is really rising despite all its troubles and poverty. It hurts to see that this is a step behind. Will keep sharing with them pictures of Fort Bonifacio and Fairview Terraces instead. Oh, and I don't mind at all if they want to use all this fake European naming... but at least choose one single language instead. So many Filipinos live in Milan. It's either: "Milano Residenze" (Italian) or "Milan Residences" (English). That's how much they researched on just the basics... Now imagine how much they researched on the architecture and safety!? #15 Feb 24, 2015 #16 Mar 23, 2015 Today #17 Jul 8, 2016 They started the excavation.
